Seniors, Don't forget to be getting scholarships filled out and completed. Deadlines and graduation are fast approaching! Please sign up for a time with me if you need help. Get any completed scholarships to me so that we can get them mailed in or turned in. You should also be checking on your college of choice's website for any scholarships available through the school and get applying for those. Deadlines are fast approaching for that as well! Also, it is very important to get your FAFSA completed if you have not done so yet. It is necessary to go to college. You HAVE to do it. If your parents need assistance, they can call me or Mrs. May. Come see me any time and we can meet then or set up a time to meet. After Spring Break I have a few school trips planned but otherwise will be on campus everyday!! The last 8 weeks will go FAST!!!

Tomorrow we begin the ATLAS test. This is the new state test for arkansas this year. I hope that our Viola Elementary students are able to do very well. Tomorrow we will be giving the writing portion of the test. It will be given to grades three through six in the elementary school. We are planning to start the test at 8:30 and they will have the entire day to complete it, if needed. The english, math, and science portions, of the ATLAS test, will be taken the first week in May. Please help us out by ensuring the kids get a good night's rest tonight, are well prepared for taking the test, and are at school on time. These are important days. Parents and community thank you for all of your support, it is very appreciated.
