It's that time of the year again. Free Sports Physicals will be provided by Salem 1st Choice Healthcare on April 30th. If your child participates in any sports (7th -12th grades School Year 2024-2025) , they must have a physical on file. Forms will be sent home with students next week . Please fill out and send back to school. Physical will not be done without a signed form. Thanks again to Salem 1st Choice Healthcare for donating their time to do these free physicals.

Attn seniors and parents of seniors! ASUMH is hosting FAFSA nights for any high school students (you do not have to be going to ASUMH) needing assistance in filing out FAFSA forms. It will be Tuesday, April 16th-Thursday, April 18th from 4-7 PM on campus inside the Veda Sheid.
The softball game scheduled for Thursday, April 18th at Concord has been moved to Wednesday, April 17th due to conflicts with other activities at Concord. The game will start at 4 pm.
Spring sports can get a little crazy with trips and weather. I'd like to thank all our parents and fans for their continued patience and support.
The softball game scheduled with West Side for Tuesday, April 16th has been moved to Monday, April 15th.
The recognition of senior baseball and softball players will start at 4:00 pm, and the baseball and softball games will follow.
We are now able to comment on a student disciplinary issue at the high school involving accusations of threats towards other students last week. No students were deemed to be in danger at any time. Those verbal comments have been dealt with by administration. The accused student will not be on campus the rest of this school year.

Viola Elementary Quiz Bowl participated in a tournament at Ozarka College in Melbourne yesterday. We've had a fun year of Quiz Bowl and can't wait until next year!
Today's softball game at Norfork has been moved to Viola because of last nights rain. The game here at Viola will start at 4 pm.
Viola kindergarten graduation will be May 14, at 5:30.
Sixth grade graduation will be on May 14, as well, but at 6:30.
Both graduations will be in the gym.
We will honor our senior baseball and softball players, along with their families Tuesday, April 16th at 4:30 pm. Athletes and parents will be recognized on the softball field before the conference softball game with West Side. At this time, no baseball game is scheduled for that date.
Due to inclement weather, today's baseball game has been postponed till tomorrow.

Required vaccines for Kindergarten students. If you child is exempted from vaccines , you need to supply exemption papers to the school.
